Listing Description

The activity will be a fun, interactive and challenging workshop based upon the MASSIVE GOALS principle. This can be delivered to either half or whole year groups, tailored to inspire the students that are participating.

Alongside the Massive Goal process itself the workshop will also contain exercises to develop effective memory skills along with practicing techniques to manage stress, raise emotional resilience (emotional state management) and self-esteem within students who are undertaking end of year exams. This workshops will provide students with a simple, fun and interactive techniques to understand what stress is for them and how to manage their feeling and emotions to be more effective.

To allow flexibility for the schools’ timetable and varying year group sizes, schools can take the workshop as either as:
– 2 x 2hrs, 1 x 3hrs, 3 x 1hrs, 4 x 1hrs (Flexible subject to school/college timetabling).

This will be delivered to group sizes (determined by the school) being small groups or up to whole year groups.

Post event, the impact will be reinforced with supporting audio and video resources (worth £100 per student) free to the school.
