Personalised Coaching: Our Coaches support students to self-reflect and take responsibility for their development. Using our award-winning Talent Toolbox, students become able to identify their strengths and create aspirational targets.

Play Your Part: Through a community action project, students realise the benefits of ‘giving back’ and gain hands-on work experience in diverse settings.

World of Work: Students raise their aspirations by visiting a dynamic workplace, meeting professionals and learning about a variety of jobs.

Into the Wild: Stepping outside of their comfort zone, students come together with others on this action-packed three day residential of physical and mental challenges.
