Integrity Coaching invites you to join us for its very first Suffolk "Review and Reflect" session designed to provide a safe, collegial space for headteachers to take stock, gather their thoughts and reflect on life as a school leader.
In the frenetic life of a school leader, time and space are increasingly rare commodities. With a constant flow of meetings and problems to solve, it can be very hard to find the time and space to be still and think.
But … what if as you approach the 2nd half of the summer term, things could be different?
What if you could consciously and deliberately shape the way in which you begin and end each term? What if you could carve out some time for yourself to:
– Take stock
– Review the goals that you set at the start of the year
– Re-gain a sense of inner equilibrium
– Re-build your emotional reserves
– Achieve a clearer sense of what you want to achieve across the rest of the school year
Well that’s why we’ve created this session to provide an environment where leaders can take a step back from the busyness of school life and reflect (even if just for a few hours) and consider solutions for dealing with the daily challenges of school life.
The time provided is dedicated to helping Headteachers build a thoughtful approach to Headship and move beyond the operational and strategic and into the wider territory of personal values, motivations and sense of vocation.
