Welcome to Exercise Behaviour – Multisport behaviour intervention, providing young people with the tools to take control of their lives.
How it works:
Children and young people are introduced to the exercise behaviour model, demonstrating how negative actions lead to consequences, and positive actions lead to rewards, or more importantly, more freedom.
Participants then construct the behaviour model, and complete a range of exercises and sports inside the model, learning how control and positive attitude lead to more success, and a lack of teamwork or poor decisions lead to the games becoming more challenging. Sessions are designed around real-life incidents or challenges the children are experiencing.
The sessions also focus on aspirations, health and wellbeing, emotions, resilience, and positive attitude, with each session and programme designed around the needs of the participants.

There are several types of delivery of the ‘Exercise Behaviour’ programme dependant on the school environment and the need of the child. (Programmes are customised to each school and children involved).
