We create opportunities for 16-25-year-olds by increasing the representation of young people in the business world. We work across the country to connect the best-underestimated talent with brands and agencies.
Our database of young people is over 200k across the UK. Any young person between 16-25 can join regardless of their background, gender, education, location, parents income, disability, ethnicity and so on and it’s free to take part.
We are working with global brands including NFL, Stella McCartney and start-ups such as Viktrs to help them tackle their business challenges. It’s a very simple process – your young people share their name, DOB and mobile number, along with consent, and we add them to our WhatsApp Broadcast list where we post opportunities as soon as they come up. They will be notified of a challenge to respond to in the form of a written response, presentation or video and the best 5-6 will be chosen based solely on their response.
If selected, the ‘consultants’ will be invited to spend the day with the brand or agency for an insight day, normally held in London. They will get paid between £150-300 per day and in addition, will be able to add their participation to their CV giving huge opportunity to be put on the map for potential future work!
There is no limit to the number of young people that signs up and they always have the opportunity to decide if they want to answer the initial question to the brand/agency challenge. The paid work comes if they are selected but the entry process itself is fun and a great way to get young people thinking and responding in different ways. We have a number of Insight days coming up and the students can choose to respond to one, some or all of the challenges if they are engaged with us.
