It’s Children’s Mental Health Week 1-5th February this year, and the theme is ‘Express Yourself’. This year it’s all about sharing feelings and thoughts through creativity e.g. dance. And as we all know this year, more than most, we need to encourage young people to express themselves and find a positive outlet for this. Dance and Yoga are both proven to be really good ways of doing this with primary age children.
Online resources for Mental Health Week
As we can’t be in schools running workshops this year, we are offering schools an online package which will be delivered as a recording – so you can choose who watches it and when to fit in with your timetable, and it also means you can use the recordings for each year group and as many times as you wish.
